These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make every effort to display product colours, finishes, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings and the handmade/batch nature of some designs.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you’ve ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.

Free delivery is available on orders over £25 (see Shipping Policy for full details).

Risk in the products passes to you once they’ve been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the item is unopened and unused.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@chixnails.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort this out promptly.

Order Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Chix Nails and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
